In our 3 “chimneys”, Logis affiliated hotel, you’ll find 7 “privilege” rooms, 4 of which come with a private terrace with view on the golf course and the river, the 3 others, on the second floor, are masard-roofed, bigger, with balneo shower, bathtub and separate toilets. The gourmet restaurant
Open 7 days a week, the “Les Terrasses du Val de Sorne” invites you to discover a refined gourmet “cuisine bourgeoise” in a sensational surrounding with a unique view.
Since 2018, Chef Fréderic FROUARD has taken over the restaurant, the “brasserie-style” bar and the outdoor grill.
Taste and savour Bresse and Jura specialities and French gourmet dishes.
For those eager to try a sophisticated gastronomy, the restaurant “Les Terrasses du Val de Sorne” is the place, especially during dinner.
Seasonal menu changes every day, which allows you to try a different dish every time.
You have choices among 5 starters, 5 main courses and 5 desserts. for the dinner
We would advise you to make a reservation in order to be sure to savour one of this delicious treats.
We take order from 12am until 2 pm for lunch and from 7 pm until 9 pm for dinner (9:30 pm in july and august).
From the 15th of October until the end of March, the restaurant is closed for Sunday dinner.
At the end of the day, take the time for a drink with friends or colleagues. You’ll find a large choice of selected drinks. Let yourself be seduced with a tap beer, a whisky, or a Jura fruity brandy from Emile pernot’s sons.
You’ll also find vine by the glass as well as local alcohols such as the “Macvin”, Pontarlier, the absinthe, chardonnay, Savagnin, Vin Jaune or Jura sparkling wine.
We’ll make sure that your quick snack, as well as your evening party will be relaxing ones.
As for the restaurant, you may order the inevitable Bresse poultry with morels and “Vin Jaune” stew !

The Trousseau meeting room
Composed of an adjustable set of 3 meeting rooms. All together, you come up with a 90 m square ,air cooled meeting room with natural light.
The Chardonnay meeting room
Perfect for an executive commission. Close to the bar, the restaurants and the terrace, it also has natural lighting. It contains up to 14 people in a shape room configuration. Together with the brasserie and the nearby fireplace salon, it becomes a place large enough to accommodate up to 100 people for a cocktail party.
The Savagnin meeting room
80 sq meters, ground floor level, with a blond wooden floor, this meeting room is perfect for fashion shows.
